I call this blue patterned dress from Target my sailor dress. I paired it with a white tee underneath (I can't help but layer; it's what I do!), a vintage necklace, and great vintage Montgomery Ward shoes.
Since I don't have many belts, I'm so glad it came with a cute corded one.
