The kids and I went to lunch at a former coworker's house, so I knew flipflops and a hippie skirt wouldn't suffice.
We had tomato basil soup, warm bread, and ceasar salad...yum! The kids acted "refined" for about 5.8 seconds.
It was so fancy, delicious, and very nice to be waited on and pampered a little.
I enjoyed catching up with former work friends.
